amazing staff, cute rooftop, convenient location near train station. Rooftop free coffee, snacks, and drinks were excellent. They let us store our luggage after checkout.
long walk from subway, but bus stop to shibuya right outside.

We loved our visit to the Koga Masao Museum of Music, just a short 1.6 km from the hotel. It was a delightful experience for our family, with fascinating exhibits and interactive displays that kept our children engaged and entertained. The museum showcased a wide range of musical instruments and allowed us to learn about different cultures' music. It was a great educational opportunity for our kids, and they had a blast exploring and discovering new sounds.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a small playground area for children.

The hotel's location is excellent and amazing, just off train line and surrounding shopping/restaurants and an evaluated platform. There's Il Chianti Cafe just a short stroll away from the venue, they have tea/coffee/desserts...

Quiet little and nice hotel, my favorite in Tokyo. An exceptionally comfortable bed and a nice and amazing room overall. Comfortable design. Stunning and marvellous location to Tokyo International airport, just 26 minutes by car. Nearby a subway station, very handy. What a great stay, no reason to complain.

We got a room with a bidet. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were provided. The staff was VERY ATTENTIVE plus the location was convenient and peaceful. Shibuya Ward district was worth exploring.

The bed and pillows at Himalaya Cloud were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the train station connecting to Tokyo's excellent rail network. I also enjoyed the nearby Shanghai Daidokora Kayo restaurant for authentic Japanese cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent, with big, clean and functional rooms that have all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is great too, with easy access to transportation- a train station is just a few minutes walk away. The staff is professional, kind, and very helpful. We especially loved the lovely terrace on the top floor where we could see the city by night and enjoy the free coffee.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

I recently stayed at Himalaya Cloud for a relaxing getaway and it exceeded my expectations. The highlight was the 300-year-old onsen, providing a truly authentic experience. The dinner served was amazing, and the breakfast, although typical for ryokans in Hakone, was still satisfying. Despite being near a highway, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The location was convenient, with a bus stop just 3 minutes away and Lake Ashi only 10 minutes by bus. The hotel itself was comfortable and had everything I needed for a peaceful stay.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a hotel during Xmas and it was a great experience! the hotel had two complementary facts - breakfast and Wi-Fi. It was located in a key area, very close to public transportation and with easy access to different parts of the city. the best aspect of the hotel was the stunning rooftop space, where we enjoyed a few drinks while admiring the beautiful view of the city.
That the hotel was a bit far from the station, so it was a bit of a walk when travelling with large cases. But overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great value in a boutique hotel and a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the city during Xmas.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay during a business trip. The beds were big and comfortable, and the bathrobes provided were a nice touch. The location was convenient as it was close to several bus stops and convenience stores.
The outside of the building and lobby looked a bit old and shabby, which was not very inviting. , the noise level from neighboring rooms and the hallway was quite high, making it difficult to sleep peacefully at night.

We stayed at the Himalaya Cloud in a spacious Japanese-style room that comfortably accommodated all five of us. The staff, especially Kamila, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's location near the station was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the free drinks and snacks available to guests. Despite being close to the train, the room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Japan.
Nothing, it was perfect! 😊

Sneaky fees, shared bathrooms, and street noise-that's what you'll find at this centrally located hotel. In contrast to the raving reviews, the location is the only worthy aspect. The metro is only a few minutes away, but noisy streets fill the view and the air. Rooms are small and basic, bathrooms shared, and breakfast far from satisfying. The staff's service varies from "just doing their jobs" to borderline unpleasant. So, if convenience is worth more than comfort, give it a shot.
